Before I jump into this, it came really fast. With ordering anything it’s always super appreciated when the warehouse workers get that package shipped out quick. The towel came in a couple days and that was with regular shipping.

OK now let’s jump into this. Bear with me, but when I met my girlfriend‘s dad, he was a really tall guy and intimidating because he’s muscle bound and a tennis pro. When I met him, and my girlfriend partner left the room, it was just quiet. Silence with the Dad. But then he grabbed my shorts. “Vuori,” he said, “very  cool.” The first thing we connected on were our Vuori shorts. I have the camo and he had black. Fast forehead, I’ve been with my girlfriend for two years, but her dad never gave me a gift, that was until this Christmas when he sent my girlfriend and I matching Vuori gift cards.

I bought the beach towel. To let you in on a little secret I actually sleep with the towel like a blanket. It’s so soft! The stripes are stylish and the tassels are too, and sometimes I wear it for an extra layer because I live in Portland, Oregon and it’s cold. It’s more than a towel because it shows that after two years, I finally tricked my girlfriend‘s dad into caring about me through humor and good stories and being nice to his daughter. thank you Vuori. Your towel is more than a tell to me and cures my wetness.
