Love runs small
Love this. Perfect weight for spring or fall. Slightly tapered at waist. Sleeves have nice shape a bit of a taper. Color is great a slightly marled black. I’m 5’7” 135lbs with long torso and length hits at perfect spot

Wrong item was sent
Love the hoodie, now that I've received it. I received a puffer coat that had all labels labeled as the Granite Cropped Hoodie but was very much not the item I ordered. I contacted customer service and had to send lots of photos and send the incorrect item back once I printed the return label they provided. Then for some reason, they were not able to process a new order of the item I ordered, they stated it was out of stock. However, I was able to order the item that same day. They didn't offer any additional discount for the inconvenience, just the 20% off I had for my first order. I love Vuori but this was definitely a disappointing customer service experience, they really should've done something more for the inconvenience caused.
